Transition from a person dependent manual administrative system to monitor academic process of an Indian B-school to a new approach towards a sustainability based academic process with the help of ICT is showcased in this paper. These on line tools not only improved academic efficiency, higher stakeholder satisfaction levels but also led to development of sustainability as a part of the organisation culture of the institute.
